Crystal Drake Beauty online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are processed and shipped in 1 - 3 business days, depending on product availability.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation available if an email was provided at check-out). Use the tracking number provided to track your package online.

 

Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. Every effort is made to mark items ‘sold-out’ at purchase time to eliminate backorders. Contact us at info@crystaldrake.com if you have inquiries about the re-stock timeframe of a favorite item.

We regret we are currently unable to ship to locations outside of the U.S.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of the United States.

Crystal Drake Beauty is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company or via carriers. We are not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
